Join us for an afternoon in which we will introduce and explore the teachings of Zen Buddhism. During the afternoon, you will:
- Find the sitting posture that will best support you to maintain a quiet steadiness during each period of meditation
- Learn some simple techniques to help settle your mind while you’re sitting
- Design a meditation space that will encourage your practice
- Discover the path that can lead to an easing of anxiety and depression
We recommend that you wear loose comfortable clothing. The suggested donation is £10, but please just donate whatever you can afford to help us keep the lights on and the doors open.
