SUNDAY, MAY 12, 1 PM—4 PM, SUGGESTED DONATION £25
Led by visiting teacher Jisan Tova Green
What are some of the ways we find refuge, home, and sanctuary in ourselves, our communities, countries, and the world, especially in these uncertain times? In this workshop, we will explore the meaning of Refuge, Home and Sanctuary through small group exercises, writing and discussion. We will seek to create a ‘brave space’ in which we recognize our differences as well as what we share. Tova will draw from the writing of Larry Yang in Awakening Together and Zenju Earthlyn Manuel in Sanctuary.
- Suggested donation: Sliding scale from £10 to £25, but please just donate whatever you can afford – your presence is the most important offering. Click here to register.
